All of our items are made to order and personalized, therefore all sales are final once an order has been placed and checked out.

We only allow replacement within seven (7) days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item has a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

• There is an engraving error (e.g., incorrect spelling) that differs from the details provided in your confirmed order.

To request a replacement, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and your order confirmation.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or details that were provided and approved by the customer.

• Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

• Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
